an anime-based superpowers roleplay
Jupiter Bay is a small town along the coast; only known for it's
ocean view. Fifty years ago, scientists came and experimented on
a couple townsfolk, enhancing their abilities, hoping to make weapons
for war. But it didn't turn out as they hoped, and their test subjects
escaped. They terrified the residents of Jupiter Bay, who hunt
them and execute them out of fear of what they could do.
They called these super-beings, Differs.
